Debra Lentz

Hello, my name is Debra Lentz and I am the Transaction Coordinator for Dave Cooney and Team.

In 2019, I was encouraged to obtain my Real Estate license by 2 friends in the business with the intention of becoming a TC. After enrolling and completing the very intense 9-day real estate immersion course, I started my second career.

At the time, I was an international Flight Attendant for the largest US airline and planning on doing TC work on the side. Real estate was busy in 2019 in Arizona (where I reside) and my part-time TC work started to become full-time!

And then…the pandemic hit. I took a leave of absence from the airline and jumped into the real estate world with both feet, at one-point TC’ing for over 20 agents as the market in AZ skyrocketed. I retired from the airline in 2021 and have been doing TC work ever since. 

I have been Dave Cooney’s TC for over 3 years and could not ask to work with a more professional, considerate, pleasant and funny man and am looking forward to this next chapter.
