Gina Landers is a seasoned real estate professional with over 20 years of experience in the California and Arizona markets.

Throughout her career, Gina has successfully sold hundreds of homes across various counties, managing a diverse portfolio that includes first-time buyers, seasoned investors, single-family and multifamily properties, condos, land, and businesses. She takes pride in fiercely advocating for her clients and expertly negotiating on their behalf, setting record buyer credits, securing above-list prices for sellers, and closing even the most challenging transactions.

In addition to her brokerage work, Gina has spent the last decade as a real estate investor, gaining invaluable experience in rehabbing and redeveloping homes. Her expertise in property enhancement consistently yields strong returns for her clients and investors.

Gina holds both a California Real Estate Broker License and an Arizona Real Estate Broker License, along with a B.A. in Organizational Communication and Psychology and a Negotiation Mastery Program Certificate from Harvard Business School.
